"For once you have tasted flight you will walk the earth with your eyes turned skywards, for there you have been and there you will long to return." -Leonardo Da Vinci
My best friend Kate and I love to swing. We go to 'our park' (as we like to call it) late at night usually if we are really happy, or really distraught.
We feel it brings us closer to heaven :)

Right now what I need, and what I will ALWAYS need
I need my religion. I need it so much. And I love it, I HAVE it! I am so lucky. However important it is to love what you believe, there is something more important. What you do with it. And what I am going to do with it is...
LIVE it :) and SHARE it.
I learned a very important lesson from someone I don't even know, here it is:
"The fact that we hide treasures from the Lord doesn't only apply to our tangible treasures. Our hearts, the most valuable possession we own, can be hid from the Lord and from men by our lack of love towards each other. If this happens, for whatever reason (be it unhealthy obsessions or mismatched priorities), our ability to be our full selves is diminished, and we lose that spark that gave love to life. We are a shadow of our former selves, a shell of the past. By refusing to lose our hearts to Heavenly Father, we risk losing our hearts completely. Who and what we care about most in the place of Him will be lost to us forever. The tendency to cling is in all mankind, and therein lies the danger of loss. If we would only happily yield things could be different."
Isn't it beautiful? I am going to happily yield and lose my heart
I am horrible with links...but here is the url address :)http://implyinganapplication.blogspot.com/2011/07/old-notes-old-friends.html
Thank you so much Kelly, for leading me to this. I dedicate this to you :)

The What If
Nothing HAPPENED!
So why am I still haunted?
No one said 'we're through'
Because no one even said
'let's be something'
So here i am 'being something'
by MYSELF
and you know what?
I am a whole heck of a lot
better of a something
than i would be
if I were a 'something'
WITH YOU!
:) that felt good

It's a big world is it not?
I just came across a blog of a girl living in Japan.
I was reading her last post and drinking in her amazing view on life when it HIT me: She wrote this yesterday. and now I am being influenced and touched by it today...
from all the way across the world.
It is a big world out there and there are so many people.
So many hearts beating and wondering different and individual questions.
So many footsteps going in different directions.
We live in different circumstances, different countries, with different languages, and to get to the bottom-line we are DIFFERENT.
But we have some things in common:
We live in the same world under the same heaven and sky and moon.
Yes, it is a big world with so many people, but I just
collided with someone living all the way across the earth
So when you think about it,
it's not that big is it?

A Book
You let me in
while others didn't.
I didn't judge you
the way others did.
Then you started cursing
the world the way others had.
And I couldn't ask you
to STOP the way I had
already tried with others.
So I politely but forcefully
closed those pages
we had had as friends
and said goodbye
the way I should have
with others.
